Who is Will?
Performer. Writer. The guy who escaped corporate America and didn't look back.
Will Thomas was born and raised in the DMV — the D.C., Maryland, Virginia area, for the uninitiated — and has been performing in front of people since the fifth grade, when he played the lead in his elementary school's production of Robin Hood. He was also an MVP running back. He will mention both of these things unprompted.
After studying Computer Science at the University of Pittsburgh, Will did what a lot of people with performance instincts and practical degrees do: he took a job in corporate America and spent years being quietly funny in conference rooms while plotting something bigger.
That something bigger turned out to be all of this.
Today, Will is a keynote speaker, standup comedian, actor, model, and voice talent based in Connecticut. He's the creator of Sunday Setup, a weekly newsletter that uses strange real-world stories and sharp humor to expose the hidden patterns shaping how we work. He speaks to corporate teams, ERGs, and professional audiences who want to be challenged without being lectured — and who don't mind laughing while it happens.
The through line across everything Will does is the same thing it's always been: he makes people feel something, then gives them something to think about. Usually in that order.
